Bookings Sysonby Acres Leisure Park Terms and Conditions for Booking Golf, Footgolf and Disc Golf
These Terms and Conditions of Booking are to be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.
Terms and Conditions of Booking Online
To book a course online you are required to complete the online booking process.
Booking
Details of all players must be entered when making the booking, including first and last name, email address and contact telephone number of the person booking.
On completion of your booking you will be sent an automatic email confirming your booking reference, tee time and date of booking. You will be required to produce a copy of this on arrival. If you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours please contact the our onsite office on 01664 567846 and we will be happy to confirm the relevant details.
On arrival at Sysonby Acres Leisure Park please go to the main office and present your booking confirmation to one of the staff.
Payment
By processing your booking online you agree that all the information you provide is accurate and correct. To complete the booking you are required to enter a verifiable email address and other required fields and accept the terms and conditions. Once this has been done we will send you a confirmation email regarding your booking.
You should be aware that:
· By booking you will be sharing your personal information with Sysonby Acres Leisure Park.
You are agreeing:
· To provide accurate personal information
· To fulfil your booking agreement
· That you are solely responsible for the content or information you provide
· That you will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information. If information provided subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly make efforts to change the information
· You have read, understood our code of conduct
· That you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your booking, please telephone the pro’s shop on 01664 567846 as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be made online. We are unable to offer refunds but are happy to move your booking to another day
Cancellation due to Weather
No-Show Policy
Sysonby Acres Leisure Park has the right to charge the full amount of the booking if you do not show up for your booking.
Confidentiality
We will keep all information supplied by you confidential. We shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected. Sysonby Acres Leisure Park will respect your information and will comply with all applicable data protection legislation. When you provide your booking details.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the service including without limitation, damages for loss or service interruption.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions
Changes to these Terms and Conditions may be necessary from time to time to keep pace with changes in our services and changes to the law. We will update it, so please check it regularly.
